Terms of Service

1. The provider

Merai Space (“Merai”, “the platform”, “we”) operates mirai.space and the product app on app.merai.space. The legal operator named here is [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME], of [REGISTERED_ADDRESS], Jordan. Replace these placeholders with the real commercial registration before you treat this as an official filing.

The Super Admin console on os.merai.space is for platform operators only. It is not a public marketing surface.

2. The service

Merai is an Arabic-first platform for educational communities, courses, digital products, sales pages, AI agents, and in-community messaging. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs are Version 2 and are not part of this launch. Tenants are isolated: one community cannot read another community’s members or content.

We do not currently include Zoom-style hosted video, a native email ESP, a ClickFunnels-style drag-and-drop builder, or a multi-vendor marketplace. Meta channels (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Cloud API) need Meta App Review and a real asset attach before they are treated as connected.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or use the platform with a parent, guardian, or institution’s authority. You are responsible for credentials and for activity on your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, harm other members, or attempt unauthorized access to another community.

4. Creator communities and content

Content posted by a creator or member stays theirs. You grant Merai a limited license to host, display, and operate features (progress, certificates, checkout, inbox) on that content.

Illegal content, IP infringement, sexual content involving minors, and misleading buyers about what is actually shipped (including calling a Meta channel “Connected” without App Review and a real attach) are prohibited.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Current platform plans in the product are a single-community plan and an unlimited-communities plan, at the prices shown on the marketing pricing section. Checkout uses hosted Stripe when keys and the platform flag are live.

Stripe’s own processing fees apply under your Stripe terms. Merai does not claim to waive card-network fees. Recurring membership cancel/expiry is not fully built; use your account tools or email legal@merai.space.

6. Meta integrations

If you use Facebook Login or attach a Page, professional Instagram account, or WhatsApp Cloud API WABA, you also accept Meta’s separate terms (including Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business terms).

Multi-tenant WhatsApp Business use may later require Meta Tech Provider / Solution Partner status. That is a follow-up for the operator, not a feature of this release.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. AI agents assist with in-community sales and support; they do not give medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Jordan are the initial venue unless mandatory law says otherwise.
